I'm going to go with Johnny. Has anyone on here read his book? I heard an interview recently where he said that his favorite American band was the Doors. I was floored. I hate the Doors. But Johnny, seriously, he kept it real 155%. Has anyone been more influential in creating the musical aesthetic subsequently deemed "punk"? Not to my knowledge. Please advise. Serious replies only. Thank you for yr time and consideration. See you in the pit.

Johnny was way too rigid and narrow minded to ever be a favorite. Gotta be Dee Dee. The Dee Dee King record is hilarious. Easily the most gifted of the bunch.
